Berry Pie
Two 20 cm pies
• 300 g Au Pain Doré pie dough ![]()
• 600 ml pudding preparation (see below)
Frozen or fresh berries:
• blueberries
• raspberries
• cranberries
Pudding preparation:
• 1 cup milk (250 ml)
• 1 cup heavy cream 35% (250 ml)
• 3 eggs
• 50 g sugar
• 40 g corn starch
Prepare pudding by combining all ingredients and set aside. Preheat oven to 180 °C (315 °F).
Roll the pie dough into a circle ½ cm thick and transfer to a pie or tart pan. Cover the bottom with berries and pour pudding evenly over fruits. Cook for 40 minutes.
