Cyrano’s Prelude
INGREDIENTS
• Mini Rustic or Mini ciabatta baguette
• Homestyle duck rillette
• Au Pain Doré Gourmet Pickles
• Dijon mustard
PREPARATION
• Slice the Mini Rustic or Mini baguette in half horizontally.
• Toast slices if desired.
• Cut pickles into thin slices and place them on the bottom
half of the bread.
• Spread duck rillette over the pickles.
• Spread a small quantity of Dijon mustard on the second half
of the bread and place it on top.
• Garnish with a whole pickle, if desired.
