INGREDIENTS

• Mini brioche roll
• Port and black pepper poultry liver pâté (pâté savoureux)
• Au Pain Doré Gourmet Onion and red wine jam
• Chervil for the garnish (optional)

PREPARATION

• Slice the roll in half horizontally.
• Spread port and black pepper poultry liver pâté on the bottom half.
• Add a spoonful of Onion and red wine jam.
• Garnish with chervil or chives, if desired.
• Place the second half of the roll on top.
