Pissaladière
INGREDIENTS
• 1 pack of Au Pain Doré pizza dough (makes 1 large or 2 small)
• 2 large onions
• A few sprigs of thyme
• Olive oil (to taste)
• Anchovy fillets (to taste)
• 100 ml pitted black olives
PREPARATION
• Thinly slice onions and cook in olive oil until soft but not browned.
• Roll out pizza dough to desired size.
• Puree anchovies and olive oil in a food processor and spread on the pizza dough.
• Add onions, thyme leaves and black olives.
• Bake in the oven at 350°F until crust in golden.
• Before serving, sprinkle with olive oil to taste, and enjoy!
