Sweet Charlevoix Delight
INGREDIENTS
• Walnut bread OR Raisin and nut bread
• Fleurmier de Charlevoix (Québec cheese)
• Au Pain Doré Gourmet Cranberry chutney
• Rosemary for the garnish (optional)
PREPARATION
• Cut the bread into slices. Toast slices if desired.
• Cut thin slices of Fleurmier de Charlevoix cheese and place on
the bread slices.
• If desired, place under the grill for a few minutes to soften
the cheese.
• Add a spoonful of Cranberry chutney on top.
• Garnish with a rosemary sprig, if desired.
