Cabriole
INGREDIENTS
• Raisin and nut bread
• Tournevent Chèvre Noir Cheddar (Québec goat cheese)
• Au Pain Doré Gourmet Onion and red wine jam
• Finely chopped chives for the garnish (optional)
PREPARATION
• Cut the bread into thin slices.
• Toast slices if desired.
• Cut the goat cheddar into pieces and place on the bread slices.
• Add a spoonful of onion and red wine jam over the cheese.
• Garnish with chives, if desired.
