The exceptional quality of Au Pain Doré bread begins with the meticulous selection of the finest ingredients.The essential component of our recipe is untreated, unbleached natural flour, to which we add pure filtered water, a pinch of salt, and a touch of yeast (or leaven) that allows the dough to rise and reveal its fullness.

No preservatives are used in our bread, which is always fresh, tasty and crisp.On occasion, the artisan baker may add personal touches to the recipes, giving them a whimsical expression. Focaccia, walnut and rye bread, or raisin bread for those with a sweet tooth the variations are endless but always exquisite!
